Place your fingers behind your ears and feel for the base of the skull. Massage the center of the hollow with your index and middle fingers. Use circular movements with firm pressure. Push your head back into the fingers and massage the area for one to two minutes. Make sure that you breathe deeply as you massage the area.
Next, find the areas on the sides of the neck, just under the earlobes. This should be just under the base of the skull. Use the same index and middle fingers to massage this area for a few minutes. Don't forget to breathe deeply as you massage.
